Data collected through the contact form

The contact form collects: name, company (optional), email address and the content of your message. This data is used exclusively to answer your request and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6 GDPR). The data is retained only for the time needed to handle the request and any follow-up correspondence.

Messages are delivered to our mailbox through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc.), acting as data processor; the website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both may process technical data (e.g. IP address) strictly to deliver the service.

Analytics — no cookies

This site uses cookieless, aggregated web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). No cookies are set, no personal profile is built, no data is shared with advertising networks. For this reason no cookie banner is required.

Your rights

Under articles 15–22 GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing, and lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Write to info@architecture5.com.
